Bright Futures: Envision●Reach●Live was a two-day professional development conference (day 1 was yesterday, day 2 was today) for occupational and physical therapists in the Department of Education community schools who work with transitioning youth.
The purpose of the conference was to empower these professionals to help young adults with disabilities create a personal vision for contribution, citizenship, and inclusion, and to make that vision a reality.
