On Friday, New York State Assemblymember Micah Kellner, a champion for families with children with special needs, visited the RCSN offices to learn about our work and mission. In this time of major change to the education system, it was a great opportunity for us to share our "front line" experiences and provide Micah with a chance to hear a parent voice. We look forward to meeting and working with him and other members of the Assembly in the coming months.
Micah was introduced to RCSN by Tondra Lynford, one of the organization's founders (pictured with staff and the Assemblymember).
