Director of Program Operations
John Hart, M.PA, manages RCSN’S program development and oversees accountability, data collection/analysis, budget/grant initiative reporting, and staff development. A father of a child with special needs and former chief of staff of New Jersey’s Department of Education, he brings over 20 years of experience managing non-profit and public agencies. He has directed research and evaluation projects in a variety of industries, including mental health and special education.
