Family & Community Educator
Hilda Alarcón joined RCSN in October 2009. She works with parents and professionals on accessing support service and social programs throughout New York City. Before coming to RCSN, she was the Program Assistant & Education Specialist for the NYS-TEACHS project at Advocates for Children of New York.
